Summary
The Marketing Manager (Acquisition Campaign Manager) is accountable for managing tactical go-to-market campaign planning and execution for one or more of GEHA’s medical and / or dental product lines. The ideal candidate is an expert marketer and operational lead, with strong project management and multi-channel campaign management experience. This role will manage the operational execution of cross-functional project teams through the annual planning cycle and execution of direct to consumer acquisition campaigns, managing tactical project plan development and execution calendar across all communication and marketing channels. The ideal candidate has extensive Healthcare Payor experience and is well versed in direct to consumer acquisition campaigns across direct mail, digital, print, web, telephonic and other channels.
Duties
- Operational owner of tactical project plan across full calendar year for product line(s), highly collaborative matrix team player with ability to engage peers across organization from Product, Data and Analytics, Sales, and other functions.
- Responsible for tactical planning and execution across all communication channels, lead cross-functional team in creating and executing multi-channel acquisition, brand and engagement campaigns across direct mail, web, telephonic, digital / social, field-marketing, and other channels, and mediums.
- Work closely with Planning, Performance Marketing, and Sales team to develop insight-driven input briefs (creative briefs, strategy briefs, media briefs) to guide projects across internal teams and external vendor teams.
- Be the internal Subject Mater Expert on development, delivery and deployment of all activations, initiatives, and programs supporting assigned product line(s).
- Collaborate closely with external agency partners and internal work teams to develop campaigns, campaign assets, and other go-to-market deliverables, including planning timeline and calendars.
- Run cross-functional planning meetings and workstreams, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are delivered on-time and within resource constraints.
- Expertise in planning segment-specific, micro-targeting, channel mix and go-to-market strategy.
