General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and upload/create artwork, articles, and other items to the Company's digital marketing to keep them current and relevant
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including content development, ads, posts, images, and videos
- Manage the Company's online reputation by tracking and coordinating feedback from various social media websites and ensuring follow-up
- Coordinate model home photography for all divisions
- Perform market research, including industry trends, competitive information, and competitors' marketing efforts, and perform market analysis
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
- Assist in administering promotions and monitor/track ad performance; make recommendations based on information gathered
- Identify and develop new approaches to the Company's digital marketing
- Develop and expand digital audiences
- Oversee ad and post design
- Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of digital campaigns
- Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
- Highly skilled in the use and administration of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, X, etc.
- Desire to learn and grow in the marketing field
- Knowledge of practices and procedures for conducting market research
- Strong customer service skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and precise in work product
- Highly creative
- Highly organized
- Able to multitask and see projects through to completion
- Strong time management skills
- Able to develop and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships
