We’re looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Coordinator to help bring our brand to life online. If you’re a self-starter who is passionate about content creation, have a knack for storytelling, and love working with and for kids, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Work independently and closely with the Chief Creative Officer to develop artistic, animated, fun, and engaging content tailored to our audience in the children's beverage market.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns, primarily on Instagram and TikTok, with a focus on growing our audience and brand awareness.
- Community Engagement: Actively manage and nurture our existing and new social media communities by responding to comments, questions, and messages to foster a positive and engaging online presence.
- Analytics: Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms to refine strategies and achieve growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience in managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, with an understanding of their trends, best practices, and online shopping features.
- Strong ability and passion for doodling, drawing, and arts and crafts are highly preferred.
- Experience working with platforms in the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Procreate, Canva, and similar applications.
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially with a startup, private equity, or venture capital, is preferred, but enthusiasm and creativity are key!
- Comfortable with being a brand spokesperson and being in front of the camera.
- Comfort and enthusiasm in working with children for content creation and campaign ideation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
