Responsibilities


As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with professionalism and a warm/friendly attitude
  • Reaching out to potential leads.
  • Answering phone calls and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate transaction records.
  • Performing standard service tasks for insurance policies.
  • Utilizing various computer applications for daily tasks and client management.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure office efficiency and success.

Requirements


We're looking for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative environment and has strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office and customer management software..
  • An upbeat and positive attitude and ability to multitask.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
