What We’re Looking For
- Proven success as a sales leader, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and hold a team accountable
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- A passion for leadership, personal development, and building a winning culture
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Unless you have GEICO sales experience, you will be required to sell as you train in our scripts , systems so to get familiar with our sales systems.

Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field
- 1 year of leadership or coaching experience in a team-based sales environment
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate, influence, and hold others accountable
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy—can connect with and coach diverse personalities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—able to track performance and lead improvement plans
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using CRM systems, call monitoring tools, and performance dashboards
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional flexibility for team events or contests
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
