Salary : $20.35 per hour / $ 41,005.25 annually

Qualifications & Skills :
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service while building trust and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and demonstrate empathy
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and changes in processes
- Receptive to feedback for continuous performance improvement
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
Annual Salary Range :
20.35 - $31.27
The annual salary range provided serves as a general guideline. The final hourly rate or annual salary offered will depend on several factors, including the responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience and education, the work location, and market considerations.
