We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Advanced Life Support Paramedics. This role offers a $7,500 bonus for qualifying candidates!
As a Paramedic, you will deliver exceptional pre-hospital advanced life support in accordance with the Pennsylvania Emergency Medical Services Act and regional protocols. Your responsibilities will include :
- Promptly responding to dispatches within the designated geographic area to enhance our community's advanced life support services.
- Adhering to all Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Laws during emergency responses.
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and efficiently conveying important findings to the Medical Commander via two-way communication systems.
- Providing high-quality patient care within your scope of practice while following regional triage, treatment, and transfer protocols.
- Taking a leadership role at the scene of emergencies, guiding primary response personnel effectively.
- Performing thorough checks of vehicles and equipment at the beginning of each shift, ensuring preparedness for responses.
- Completing detailed written reports on patient encounters and submitting them in a timely manner.
- Contributing to the training and orientation of new staff and students from affiliate programs.
- Participating in housekeeping duties with fellow team members.
- Engaging in patient safety improvement initiatives and identifying potential processes that may lead to errors or adverse events.
- Coordinating efforts with local Fire and Rescue personnel during joint operations.
Your work will take place primarily in a clinical environment, and you will be accountable for fulfilling all job-specific responsibilities while complying with organizational policies and procedures.
To be considered, you must be a graduate from a recognized Specialty Training Program and possess the required certifications and licenses :
