Job Summary:
We are seeking board-certified family medicine or med/peds trained physicians for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in an outpatient only clinic schedule with a variable work week.
- Participate in a physician/APP panel sharing model.
- Utilize a nurse call center to assist with on-call workload.
- Collaborate with nurse coordinators who support high needs patients.
- Leverage a centralized prescription refill team.
- Be part of an interdisciplinary team with quick access to specialty services.
- Use Epic EMR - a universal system throughout Geisinger.
