Geisinger is seeking a highly motivated individual to participate in our Neuroscience Advanced Practice Residency Program at the Geisinger Neuroscience Institute.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with neurologists and neurosurgeons to deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and advocating for patient needs.
- Participate in diagnostic and therapeutic activities under the guidance of a supervising physician, fostering residents' knowledge in neuroscience and patient care decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between physicians and patients, collaborating with medical staff and nursing personnel to coordinate patient care.
Requirements:
- Completion of an ARC-PA approved physician assistant program
- Current NCCPA certification
- Pennsylvania State licensure
