About the Role: As a Nurse Practitioner Addiction Medicine Trainee, you will participate in MOUD in community-based settings along with additional clinical training beyond the didactic component. You will also connect and manage patients receiving MOUD in receiving behavioral health counseling and social supports to retain patients in care. Additionally, you will collaborate with caregivers inside and outside of the immediate care team, communicate effectively with patients and the care team, and perform various clinical tasks such as history and physicals, assessments, and treatments.
