What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Print and Mail Center Coordinator position at Geisinger?
- Provides educational support and direction to customers requesting Print and Mail services in a courteous, efficient, accurate and timely manner.
- Responsible for ensuring all required information is correctly entered into the software job tracking system for timely and productive execution of all Print and Mail services.
- Responsible for knowing shop floor policies and procedures as they apply to processing of all Print and Mail requests.
- Serves as a resource for all employees.
- Assists management in the compiling of data necessary to create the monthly chargeback report.
- Prepares quotes for Print Shop services for customers when requested.
- Acts as a liaison to outside vendors used by the D.P.M.C to complete print and mail services when necessary.
- Works with the management staff team to complete and maintain software integration.
- Serves as a resource for customers to expand the use of the digital storefront software.
- Participates in the training and support of necessary staff of the D.P.M.C when appropriate.
- Communicates customer requirements for design, paper type, turn-around time etc. to members of the D.P.M.C staff.
- Participates in production, client and interdepartmental strategic team meetings to help alleviate any barriers D.P.M.C team members may have in completing duties.
- Responsible to effectively present and discuss the products and services of the D.P.M.C in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs.
- Works with all Geisinger departments to ensure all printed patient informational pieces meet current branding standards.
- Maintains personal productivity and quality standards to ensure continued success for the D.P.M.C.
- Provides input in budget preparation.
- Works to identify opportunities for improved productivity and efficiency of operations.
