Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in State College, Pennsylvania.
Job Responsibilities
- We offer 40-minute appointments for senior patients and daily huddles with care team members to review essential information.
- Pharmacists provide patient education and medication management, while care managers and health associates work collaboratively with providers.
- We have increased access to care through eVisits, patient portals, and Geisinger's ConvenientCare urgent care clinics.

Position Requirements
