Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Per Diem (SLP)
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide per diem speech therapy services at Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients who have speech and language disorders, swallowing disorders, and other related conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders, swallowing disorders, and other related conditions
- Develop comprehensive care plans for each patient
- Provide individual therapy sessions to restore impaired speech, language, and swallowing functions
- Establish suitable and achievable treatment goals, including time frames
- Document all clinical services rendered to patients
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- State of Pennsylvania Licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
