Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess adherence to quality assurance protocols.
- Analyze data related to product quality and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Will be managing projects mainly focused on new sales and service projects.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics for senior management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact quality management practices.
- Manage and mentor Quality Technician; set performance expectations and provide guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Quality experience in a machining environment.
- Experience maintaining ASQ/ANSI/ISO 9001:2015.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading cross functional projects.
- Working knowledge of regulations pertaining to quality and EHS.
- CMM experience
