Founded in 2018, we’ve grown from a single Miami kiosk to over 3,000 grocery stores across the U.S., including Whole Foods, The Fresh Market, and King’s/Balducci’s.
With ambitious plans to hit $100MM in revenue in the next five years, we’re now expanding into Convenience Stores, Foodservice, and Exports—and we’re looking for the right leader to help us grow.
The National National C-Stores Development Manager will drive growth in Convenience Stores (C-Stores). You will play a pivotal role in developing strategic sales plans, opening new accounts, and fostering key broker, distributor, and customer relationships to build Gelatys’ presence in these markets.
This position requires a seasoned sales professional with experience in CPG, broker leadership, and an entrepreneurial spirit to unlock opportunities in untapped channels.
- Channel Development: Build and expand Gelatys’ presence in Convenience Stores (e.g., Wawa, CVS, Walgreens), Foodservice, and Export markets.
- Account Management: Open and develop new accounts, plan sales strategies, and deliver revenue targets in Foodservice.
- Broker & Distributor Leadership: Manage brokers and wholesalers to maximize sales volume and distribution in C-stores and Foodservice.
- Sales Execution: Prospect and present to new customers, follow up on opportunities, and ensure excellent service.
- Forecasting and Analysis: Monitor inventory, analyze sales data, and develop accurate forecasts to drive strategic decisions.
- Team Training: Train and support sales staff, brokers, and distributor partners to align with Gelatys’ growth goals.
- Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with customers, brokers, and distributors to drive sustainable growth.
- 10 years of CPG sales experience, preferably in ice cream or frozen food distribution, and direct sales experience with manufacturers or brokers.
- Proven success in C-Stores, Foodservice, and/or Export markets.
- Based in Miami-Fort Lauderdale, Florida (preferred) with the ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
- Strong relationships with key C-store chains (e.g., Wawa, CVS, Walgreens).
- Expertise in managing brokers and distributors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
