- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, market demands, and competitive landscape in the food specialty sector.
- Analyze customer preferences, industry developments, and potential growth areas to guide strategic decisions.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote specialty food products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, product presentations, and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they align with company goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and business performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and operational capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between departments to support successful product launches and client fulfillment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or food related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the food industry, preferred
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel, when necessary.
