Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade network hardware.
- Ensure network security by managing firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Support network infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and improve network efficiency.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execute network-related recovery processes.
- Respond to network incidents and provide timely resolution.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
- Understanding of cloud networking is a plus.
- Experience in network administration, analysis, or support.
