The company is looking for someone who is professional and friendly to be a first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the office. This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Gem Agency in Clinton, NY. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, following up with clients to assist them with their insurance policies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, greeting and directing walk in customers and helping to keep the office running smoothly.
