Job Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of projects, ensuring they’re completed on time and up to our high standards
- Work independently when needed and effectively lead a crew when required
- Solve problems on-site and make decisions to keep jobs running smoothly
- Read blueprints, plan materials, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Requirements:
- Hands-on construction experience (remodeling, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to take jobs from start to finish independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to challenges
- Leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Full time year round work.
- We try to work Monday - Thursday 10-12 hr days then Friday only if needed. Giving a 3 day weekend.
