Job description
As a Customer Service Concierge at Gem Mazda, you will work in a fast-paced environment along with :
Answer the phone to assist customers in making appointments.
Make outgoing calls to customers from Mazda's call list.
Prepare appointments for the following day with all the needed information.
Reminder call to customers the day before their appointments.
Follow-up with our customers after their service.
How you will succeed
