$1000 SIGN ON BONUS
Pay: Up to $22/hr
Location in Lakewood, NJ **THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION**
Monday-Friday 8a-4pm
Overview
This position will require a detail oriented candidate who will be responsible for reviewing patient accounts. Customer service and follow up skills is a MUST.!
Responsibilities
·· Maintain Facility accounts, including preparing invoices and statements, as well as answering client questions and following up on open accounts
-Collect and review patient accounts
· Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with peers, managers, clients, vendors and patients
· Must be able to manage workflow accurately and in a timely manner. Must demonstrate a professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
· Must proactively communicate with regard to discrepancies, errors, or customer concerns
· Must be organized and be able to learn and use various software programs
Qualifications
· A high school diploma or eqivalent
· 1 to 3 years office experience a plus but not requires. Willing to train the right candidate.
· Excellent computer skills; proficiency of MS Office is a must
