Developmental Specialist

We're currently seeking an amazing individual to add to our team. Must be willing to engage and mentor youth presenting with a range of diagnoses.
* This position is a center-based employment.
Full-time (40 hours per week, benefits)
Main Job Duties:
- Developing targeted strategies to reduce problematic behaviors and encourage productive behaviors through means such as positive reinforcement.
- Implementing targeted behavioral plans
- Providing ongoing assessments of progress

Must Have Experience & Educational Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in the Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, etc.)
- One year of experience working with kids with special needs
Additional Requirements:
- Able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to organize team and implement strategies
Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri (8.00 am to 6.00 pm)
