Position Title : PLC Programmer
Compensation : $50 per hour
Duration : Full-Time
Location : Hybrid (Minimum 3 days onsite in Near Reading, PA; on the production floor as required)

Requirements :
- Education : Associate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience Level : 5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Technical Skills :
Proficiency in PLC programming languages, including Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
