The recruiting industry is transforming, and Gem is leading the charge with our AI-first, all-in-one recruiting platform. We need a strategic digital marketing leader who can :
Build sophisticated campaigns that effectively and efficiently create, and capture demandCraft a digital strategy that positions Gem as the category leaderScale our ABM programs to support enterprise growthThis role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to align digital programs with broader marketing initiatives while maintaining a laser focus on ROI and pipeline impact.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day :
Manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other B2B platformsOwn the $1M annual digital advertising budget across search, social, and display channelsDevelop and execute sophisticated digital campaigns targeting our ICP accounts, including Account-based campaignsImplement robust testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign performanceTrack, analyze, and report on key metrics including CAC, pipeline influence, and ROIPartner with content and creative teams to develop high-performing marketing assets for media and syndication programsCollaborate with sales and revenue teams to align targeting and messaging strategiesStay current with digital marketing trends and recommend new channels / approachesAbout You :
5 years of B2B digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on paid channelsDeep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising platformsProven track record of building and scaling account-based advertising programs that deliver measurable resultsStrong analytical skills with experience using marketing attribution and BI toolsStrong project management skills and attention to detailExcellence in campaign optimization and A / B testing methodologiesBenefits :
