We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HVAC residential and contractor sales, including support products, for one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Solicit new accounts and dealers, and develop market strategies to expand our customer base.
- Maintain direct personal contact with all assigned accounts, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Proactively address customer relations issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed and build relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience within the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and leadership roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze sales and market data, and make informed decisions based on insights.
