Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
- Stay informed about local real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
- Manage property listings on various platforms and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Provide administrative support including preparing documents, managing schedules, and coordinating appointments.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or property management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations is essential.

- Experience in real estate administration is a plus.
