Overview
Dynamic Billion AUM Independent Wealth Management Firm seeks a Private Wealth Client Services Lead and Transition Specialist to manage the Client Service team and client onboarding needs for ultra-high-net worth clientele.
The Firm offers comprehensive family office services, deeply personalized wealth management, investment advisory, planning and other services for ultra high net worth clientele.

- Serve as a primary lead for client onboarding and the client service team
- Provide excellent client experience for ultra-high net worth clients
- Participate in the growth of a dynamic, independent RIA by servicing client needs and building key relationships, while streamlining onboarding and operational processes

- Hybrid Schedule: Four days in office weekly, 1 day remote
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7 years Client Service experience within Private Wealth Management, working with ultra-high net worth clients
- Track record of superior client services skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Experience with Custodial and Reporting platforms, preferably Schwab, Pershing, and Addepar
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
