Key Learning Opportunities & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and testing machine learning models for transaction categorization, ledger automation, and financial data reconciliation.
- Support the team in refining predictive tax planning models using historical datasets and statistical analysis.
- Participate in data preparation, cleaning, and analysis for tax resolution analytics and compliance projects.
- Help document AI/ML workflows and contribute to user guides for internal accounting tools.
- Shadow senior staff to learn how AI solutions align with accounting standards, IRS regulations, and client needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
