Business Development Representative - Inside Sales Ridgefield Park NJ (Entry Level)
Gemini Business Funding is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Ridgefield Park, NJ office. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive earning potential with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) structure ranging from $75k to $100k with uncapped earning potential based on performance. As a trainee, you will start with a $40K base commissions and bonuses. Trainees will undergo hands-on training and mentorship with the industry's top leaders. This role has virtually uncapped earning potential and offers an opportunity to control your own career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify, qualify and convert potential clients
- Conduct needs assessments to provide tailored business funding solutions
- Collect and manage necessary client documentation
- Navigate and advance the sales process from initial contact to document submission
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to our high-performing team culture - we don't miss targets here
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a related field
- Be extremely coachable, highly motivated and fiercely competitive
- Technical proficiency is a big plus. We're a technology-first company
- Willingness to handle all outreach - including cold calls
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and highly organized outreach processes
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the business funding space or related fields (auto sales, solar sales, debt, home security sales or phone sales) is a plus
