Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Associate's degree in related field; 2 years of Accounting experience
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office; AS400)

Job Summary
To support the company and corporate goals through maintaining and overseeing all accounting functions including preparing weekly and annual budgets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory control.
Essential Job Functions
- Analyze financial data
- Perform month-end duties:
- Close inventory and AP
- Prepare unusual listing
- Analyze contribution margin
- Prepare scorecard
- Explain management report variances to top level management
- Prepare P&L/OTD files
- Prepare monthly graphs
- Create and forecast weekly budget
- Process accounts payable and check runs
- Process accounts receivable
- Manage credit card system and process
- Create, maintain, and run applicable queries
- Calculate monthly wage accrual
- Oversee and calculate physical inventory bi-annually
- Support Plant Manager in completion of his/her responsibilities and duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
