Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3 - 5 years of Accounting experience
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office; AS400)

- 2 years Supervisory experience

Job Summary
To support the company and corporate goals through maintaining and overseeing all accounting functions including preparing weekly and annual budgets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory control.
Essential Job Functions
- Supervise, train, and mentor all employees within the accounting department (AR, AP, Invoicing).
- Analyze large volumes of data, track trends, investigate root causes and resolve issues.
- Month end and year end close process.
- Regularly prepare forecasts of financial results to assist operations in maximizing results.
- Prepare, analyze, and report on manufacturing job costing monthly or more frequently as needed.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting information, specifically accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory.
- Subject matter expert for accounting and job costing.
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivables, review and report on past due accounts.
- Perform other related duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this position.
- Follow all TS-16949 / ISO-14001 policies and procedures.
