Outcomes: The Theater Campaign Specialist is expected to achieve the following outcomes:

The position will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CWMD policy, strategy, doctrine and planning. Must be able to interface with the DoD, Interagency and International CWMD operational planning organizations. Serves as primary SME for CWMD and CBRN defense strategy, policy and doctrine; must be able to participate in the development of military and national defense CWMD strategy, policy, and doctrine. Responsible to develop and make CWMD-related recommendations to the Unified Command Plan, the National Strategy for CWMD, the National Military Strategy for CWMD, and contribute, as required, in providing input to the development of the Guidance for the Employment of the Force and Joint Strategic Capabilities plans CWMD portions. Develops and publishes recommends for publication all USCENTCOM CWMD-related DoD publications, instructions and directives. Leads CWMD Division efforts in support of the CENTCOM Commander’s Campaign Plan, specifically the CWMD Objective, Intermediate Military Objectives, Effects, Tasks, and Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAI).
Additionally, The position will provide support to development of overall joint system concepts, designs, and technical approaches to meet broadly stated requirements and objectives. The contractor must provide top-level system analysis, perform trade studies, perform technical optimizations, and develop high-level designs; and prepare complex operations or technical documentation, conduct reviews and deliver presentations. The position will support all phases of joint system review and development.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience.
Expertise with all aspects of the deliberate and contingency planning processes. This includes the application of the JOPP and Joint Operation Planning and Execution System during the development and maintenance of USCENTCOM plans. Demonstrated knowledge of DOD organizations and agencies, experience with operations supporting a Combatant Command Headquarters, Service Component Staff, or other government agency equivalent headquarters, and experience as a senior level professional on a multi-disciplinary team.
Thorough knowledge of the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) and applicable AOR CWMD campaign and contingency plans, providing senior-level analysis regarding evolving CWMD policy and strategy to establish relevant command CWMD operational plan goals and objectives.
Highly Desired:
Minimum of Ten (10) or more years’ of relatable experience working with DoD or Government contracts.
Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in the area relating to CWMD.
Travel: As required to support the project.
