Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified and skilled MDM Ivanti/MobileIron Technical Administrator to manage and support mobile devices across various platforms, ensuring seamless device management and support for high-priority clients. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for reviewing and integrating a variety of requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. Additionally, you will provide key input into decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Device Management: Administer and manage mobile devices across iOS, Windows, macOS, and Android platforms using VMware Workspace and associated tools (e.g., Samsung KNOX, Apple DEP, Zero-Touch Enrollments).

MDM Platforms: Utilize other MDM platforms such as MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, or Google Device Management to ensure smooth device operations.

Client Support: Handle escalations effectively, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and providing support to ELT/VIP/VVIP clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve issues and enhance device management processes.

Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive documentation for all device management processes and tools.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience Requirements:

Proven experience with VMware Workspace and tools like Samsung KNOX, Apple DEP, Zero-Touch Enrollments and ServiceNow

Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, or Google Device Management.

Technical Expertise:

MDM tools: VMware Workspace, MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, Google Device Management.

Platforms: iOS, Windows, macOS, Android.
