Geminus Corporation partners with community-based health care providers, social service organizations and early childhood education programs to help increase access to high-quality social health care for children and families across Northern Indiana. Geminus Corporation is a member of the Regional Care Group.
Position Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Assistant and provides clerical and administrative support to the Director of Program Development, Community Partners, Truancy, Circle Around Families, Real Fathers Initiative, AIM, Community Based Services and provides program support for ongoing Initiative activities.
This job also includes the following but is not limed to:
· Working the front desk
· DCS Referrals and Tracking
· Input Information into office systems
· Processing Flex Funds
· ASR-Service request
· Scheduling various appointments
· Working on various events and planning
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3 years secretarial experience. Must be computer literate-proficient in Microsoft Office-Word/Excel/Power Point and be able to accurately type 60wpm.
Starting Pay: $15.00
Job Type: Full-time
