Position: Facilities Coordinator
Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana’s largest provider of community-based behavioral health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community behavioral health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group Network.
Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager in the areas of facility repairs, maintenance, life safety & healthy environments, building code, and regulatory compliance. This individual will be the main site contact for all Building Management, Maintenance and Repairs and Space planning/utilization with-in assigned building to include purchasing of building supplies and coordination with all Maintenance/Repair vendors. Typical workday will include administrative and hands-on work completing building maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years’ experience in related fields with progressively more independent work challenges. One to two years of Supervisory preferred, but not required.
