Employee Care Coordinator (HR)

Position Overview
As a key member of our HR team, the Employee Care Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting various human resources functions, both corporately and across our project sites nationwide. This position requires a highly motivated professional with exceptional judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to seamlessly transition between tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an adaptable, team-oriented individual with a strong foundational understanding of employment laws and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, ensuring fair & consistent application of company policies and employment laws.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with integrity & discretion.
- Collaborate with HR team members across all HR functions & disciplines.
- Manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed.
- Manage leave of absence (LOA) administration.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations and labor laws; manage the generation of compliance briefings as necessary and advise on impact.
- Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR system maintenance.
- Assist in the development & implementation of HR policies & programs to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze and present HR-specific data to support decision-making and organizational strategies.
