HR & Employee Engagement Coordinator
32 Hours, Monday - Friday
Up to $50,000
Hartford-area skilled nursing facility seeking an HR & Employee Engagement Specialist. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, organized, enthusiastic, with high energy. He/she will have a proven record in employee engagement and HR experience, employing creativity and an eye for work flow efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Executing Employee Retention programs with enthusiasm and care, including through social media
- Benefits Administration
- Payroll back-up
- Pre-employment screening and processing
- Oversight of admin support staff
- New employee success monitoring
Minimum Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree
· 2 years of HR experience
· Payroll experience preferred
· Nursing home or hospital experience preferred
· Organized and efficient
· Excellent communication skills
· Creative
· Empathetic, engaging with high energy and enthusiasm
· Adaptable and forward-thinking, optimizing projects to improve workflow efficiency and operational effectiveness
