Location Status : Remote with manager approval. Candidates must reside in Pacific, Mountain or Central Time Zone and be located in one of the following approved states : AZ, CA, ID, IL, NV, MN, LA, OR, TX, UT, or WA
Length of Contract : 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
Pay Range : $40-$48 per hour (varies depending on experience)
Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and attract top talent to our organization. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This position requires a blend of relationship management, and hands-on recruiting expertise to help build strong, high-performing teams.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Oversee an average of 10-15 positions across Research & Development, Education, Lab, Security, Facilities, and other Corporate functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct targeted outreach using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other channels to build strong talent pipelines.
- Ensure a smooth interview process by coordinating logistics, facilitating hiring team debriefs, and gathering feedback.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely updates and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent availability data, and recruitment best practices.
- Assist in refining job descriptions and hiring criteria to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies. This includes pre-employment requirements have been completed to include background checks, executed offer letters, coordination of relocation and / or travel, drug screens and pre-employment assessments.
- Ensures integrity of the Applicant Tracking System through appropriate maintenance of applicant documents, job descriptions, offer letters, forms, job requisitions and applicant dispositions.
- Provide a superior experience to all stakeholders throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
- Ensures that candidate selection is compliant and incorporates best practices.
- Develop strong relationships with internal customers and work collaboratively with the HR team to ensure recruiting objectives are achieved.
- Consult with business leaders on talent related strategies and initiatives; consult with hiring managers and HRBPs throughout the course of a search to influence decisions regarding strategy, profile development, assessment methods and final selection.
