Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to support our wonderful communities! This role requires someone who is open to traveling to different communities and is comfortable with conversions and driving sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building positive relationships and helping them increase occupancy. Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on all sales leads and referrals in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in creating sales training documents and company branded SOPs
- Assist in auditing and revising sales documents for accuracy, branding, grammar, and state and municipality compliance
- Create, revise, and maintain sales tracking documents
- Work closely with the Community Managers to drive new and used home sales, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing sales potential.
- Support the management of the sales and inventory pipeline with a thorough understanding of each unit’s status
- Support the Community Manager with general office responsibilities and administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the community.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within real estate, mobile home communities, or a related industry.
- Strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive results.
- Comfort with frequent travel and working in multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with sales and office software tools.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, Rent Manager (preferred)
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office software packages
- Prior experience with financing strategies and vendor relationships is a plus.
