Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing our sales processes and driving operational efficiency within the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and business development, with the ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively. Duties

• Manage and oversee daily sales operations to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and develop actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance account management practices and improve customer satisfaction.
• Utilize database system for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Develop training programs for the sales team focusing on best practices in outside sales techniques.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in power generation sales or related fields, with a strong understanding of account management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on building relationships.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
