Job Description: The Junior Certified Public Accountant will assist in overseeing and managing financial reporting, auditing, tax preparation, and compliance. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations to ensure our clients meet their financial objectives while adhering to legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Support tax preparation and filing processes.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate records using and other accounting software.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Active CPA license or commitment to obtain CPA certification promptly.
- 1-5 years of corporate tax experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, auditing, year-end close processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Salary: Up to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
