The Solutions Consultant is assigned to complex projects and plays a key role in the overall success of the project. As the main point of contact for all project-related concerns, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing the scope of work, overseeing onsite resources, identifying risks and exposures, and ensuring the project meets its goals. This role also includes implementation and integration specialist responsibilities to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite Resource Management: Direct and manage onsite team resources, including creating detailed daily schedules for all team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Customer Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with customer project management to gather operational requirements and design system configurations that align with customer needs.
- Product Recommendations: Advise on the full utilization of Client products, maximizing operational efficiencies and improving customer outcomes.
- Project Scope Management: Oversee and define the project scope, ensuring documentation is clear, concise, and comprehensive to ensure all parties are aligned on tasks and milestones.
- Risk and Exposure Management: Work with customer project management to minimize project risks and exposures, and develop an effective communication plan for escalation processes.
- System Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and test systems to ensure operational consistency and maximum efficiency.
- Data Conversion and Reconciliation: Manage the data conversion and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate system implementation.
- Project Documentation: Develop detailed documentation upon project completion to ensure the Customer Care team has all necessary information for ongoing support.
- Software Issue Resolution: Research and resolve software issues reported by customers, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Production Readiness: Confirm production readiness and support problem management, implementing tactical and strategic technology solutions.
- Internal Resource Direction: Lead internal resources, including the installation team, and collaborate with other Client departments to resolve project challenges and finalize appropriate solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Guide internal teams in identifying improvements to the installation process and provide feedback to enhance Client products.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure successful project completion.
Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in hospitality, technology, or a similar industry.
- Implementation Experience: At least 3 years of experience in system implementation, IT management, or hospitality operations.
- Operational Experience: Experience in purchasing, inventory management, and reconciliation processes.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 90% of the year, often with limited advanced notice.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and accounting practices.
- Customer Service: Proven dedication to delivering excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry or related technology solutions.
- Familiarity with Client product lines and their implementation within client environments.
- Previous experience managing international projects with a strong understanding of global operational dynamics.
Certifications (if any):ITIL or similar IT service management certifications (Preferred).Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) (Preferred).

Pay: $75,007.00 - $80,939.00 per year
