About the Role:
Gen3 seeks a motivated Project Leader to play a key role in supporting the Veterans Affairs (VA) agency. This position is critical for managing large-scale programs that encompass multiple projects, ensuring they align with the agency's mission and strategic objectives. The Project Leader will oversee the implementation and coordination of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services, particularly focusing on HSPD-12 solutions such as USAccess and Access Services (AcS) technologies.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the management of large-scale programs that support the VA, ensuring alignment with the agency’s mission and strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.
- Oversee the implementation of ICAM services, particularly focusing on HSPD-12/PIV solutions like USAccess and Access Services (AcS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technologies such as CA Technologies suite applications and Oracle.
- Provide expert guidance on FICAM Roadmap and Implementation Guidance v2.0, ensuring adherence to its principles.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between stakeholders, including federal agencies and commercial partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 12 years of related experience. An additional 10 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar in quality.
- Extensive experience with the FICAM Enterprise Architecture.
- Working knowledge of technologies such as CA Technologies suite applications and Oracle.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and executing large-scale ICAM solutions.
- Previous experience supporting federal or state agencies, especially Veterans Affairs, is highly desired.
- Familiarity with HSPD-12/PIV solutions and technologies, including USAccess and Access Services (AcS).
- Experience in both federal and commercial sectors is a plus.
