We are seeking a dedicated Counter Help to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers at the counter, handle transactions, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
## Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide them with information on menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process payments
- Assist in food preparation and assembly when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and dining space
- Upsell additional items to customers to increase sales
## Requirements
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food industry is a plus
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide help where needed
- Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous
