Description
The Brand/Ecommerce Manager will support and execute strategies to enhance the customer experience, drive digital marketing performance, and strengthen brand presence. Reporting to VP of Brands, this role collaborates cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and external partners to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey from acquisition to delivery.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Customer Experience:
- Drive revenue growth through strategies that enhance the end-to-end customer journey, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling product offerings, packaging, and loyalty programs that maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Partner with Operations and Customer Service to optimize shipping, payment options, and post-purchase experiences that improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliate marketing, and display advertising) to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV).
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, such as revenue per visitor (RPV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and gross margin, identifying opportunities to scale.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure marketing strategies align with overall revenue and profitability goals.
Data-Driven Revenue Strategies:
- Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics to identify revenue opportunities, optimize the website experience, and refine targeting strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data to inform revenue-driving initiatives, including product recommendations, cross-sells, and upsells.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop actionable insights that support revenue growth objectives.
Technology & Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement eCommerce tools and software to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
- Continuously test and adopt new technologies and industry best practices to enhance the online shopping experience and drive incremental revenue.
Product Development & Expansion:
- Partner with internal manufacturing to identify high-revenue opportunities for expanding product lines and enhancing existing offerings.
- Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to inform product innovation and ensure alignment with revenue goals.
- Support product launches and promotions to maximize sales impact and profitability.

- Use a suite of tools and platforms to support daily operations and revenue growth initiatives, including:
- Shopify: Manage storefront operations, product listings, and revenue analytics.
- Klaviyo: Execute revenue-driving email campaigns and flows.
- Recharge: Oversee subscription programs to drive recurring revenue.
- Asana: Coordinate revenue-focused projects and cross-functional collaboration.
- File Management Systems: Maintain organized documentation for efficient team operations.
