Our Pediatrics Prescribed Extended Care (PPEC) facility is looking for a Community Outreach & Referral Coordinator to help us expand our reach and bring essential care to more children in need!
✨ About the Role:
In this role, you will:
✅ Build and maintain relationships with doctors, schools, hospitals, caseworkers, and community groups
✅ Meet with referral coordinators to educate them about our services
✅ Organize and attend community events to spread awareness and generate referrals
✅ Develop strategic partnerships to ensure children receive the specialized care they need
What We’re Looking For:
A people-person with excellent communication and networking skills
Experience in marketing, sales, healthcare outreach, or community relations (preferred)
Passion for pediatric healthcare and serving families in need
Ability to plan, coordinate, and attend community events
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
