Powder Coat Painter

Job Summary: Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Powder Coat Painter to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely completing supervised powder coat paint established procedures, processes, or policies, and completing supervised maintenance activities. You will also load and unload raw parts from the paint line and/or perform the powder coat paint process. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean work environment
• Work in a high heat environment
• Perform work duties in a safe manner and in accordance with policy (including wearing required proper personal protective equipment)
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of powder coat painting or related experience
• Able to pass a respiratory questionnaire and wear air hood (PPE requirement)

Working Conditions: The employee will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to various chemicals and machinery. They must be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds and stand for long periods. Prolonged exposure to noise and vibrations may occur.
