Job Title: Powder Coat Painter
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Powder Coat Painter to join our team at a leading sheet metal fabricator in the Allenton area. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating electrostatic powder coating equipment to apply powder paint to metal products on a conveyorized paint line.
Responsibilities:
- Determine masking and paint coverage requirements from prints, routings, and work instructions.
- Perform manual color changes, general maintenance and adjustments on equipment.
- Use Epicor ERP to log into and out of jobs.
- Assist with the hanging and removing components from the paint conveyor line and the maintenance and cleanup of spray equipment and work area.
Requirements:
- Must have relevant industrial painting experience.
- Ability to bend, twist, reach and stand for 8-10 hours.
- Basic math skills.
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am (1st shift)
- Pay rate: $22.91-$25.44/hr (plus $0.35 shift premium)
Salary : $23 - $25
