We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory control, job supplies, and implementing efficient warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and possess excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Implement and maintain a warehouse management system to track inventory movement and improve overall operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement lean principles to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency.
What You'll bring:
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
- Experience with Quickbooks.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
