What are the responsibilities and job description for the Generator Sales Estimator position at Generac Power Systems?
As a seasoned sales individual, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for Westchester Generator Co. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales deals. Your ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and provide excellent customer service will be key to your success in this role; as well a strong understanding of project management and the electrical or mechanical field.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer calls, qualify leads, and complete in-home consultations
- Attend generator installations weekly to ensure the most up to date knowledge on the installation process.
- Prepare estimates for customers and educate on financing opportunities.
- Project manage the sales and installation process from start to finish, keeping highly detailed records of each step of the process.
- Securing permitting and appropriate inspections based on city and state codes and regulations.
- Efficient customer follow up
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a pleasant personality & professional attitude
- Experience meeting face to face with customers in their homes
- High level of project management experience required
- Strong written & verbal communication skills for inter-office and client communications
- Prior experience with Service Titan preferred but not required
- Knowledge of home electrical system a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation based on base salary plus a profit commission.
